About Me...

I am a problem-solver at heart. 

I can’t help myself sometimes. I am always looking for ways to improve a situation, product, or myself. Therefore, I am constantly learning and have a breadth of knowledge across diverse topics. If I am participating, I am researching. From equity and engagement at work to DIY renovations at home. I believe knowledge is power and I like to be informed, create a strategy, and map an effective course to achieve the goal. 

In order to solve problems, I use data. Data of all sorts, whether it is presented to me or I gather it through observations and asking questions. I believe all problems need to be understood through their data in order to be effectively solved. Therefore, I ask the questions that need to be asked... but have learned to get comfortable working in ambiguity when the answers may not be readily available.

I take great pride in my work and reputation as a change agent and as a design and development consultant. I want the best for my clients and hope to build lasting relationships that result in years of collaboration together.
