Sometimes you just need an outside perspective! For years I have been asked to be that perspective and collaborator. My keen insight, ability to ask the right questions, and knack for problem solving have built my strong reputation as a change agent. My results coupled with my honest and approachable demeanor have garnered the trust of clients year after year.
I have experience with the Continuous Improvement Process and the many forms (and names) it takes. At the end of the day they boil down to the same fundamentals of using data, creating a plan, implementing a change, studying the impact of the change, shifting what needs to be shifted, and following through with the plan. I can tell you the follow through is usually where things fall apart. This is when my initial consultation often shifts to follow-up consulting and coaching if desired.
