Due to the quick turn-around needed for this module we did not implement a storyboard. Instead, I was given a primary script and with the working knowledge I had of the team's needs, I developed the module directly in Storyline. We were able to move from Alpha to Gold (including two rounds of review by different committees) in two weeks.

Wisconsin Department of Health Services
Course overview: This Storyline sample was created as a training for Support and Service Coordinators (SSCs) around the state of Wisconsin. It is designed to update and train them on the new requirements they and providers will need to complete before services can be approved.
Problems: The Children's Long Term Support Program (CLTS) had recently completed a major update to the way they would be distinguishing qualified providers. They needed to quickly push a training out to existing SSCs and remain available to train new SSCs.
Solution: Storyline was suggested as the mode of delivery given the information in the training, the vast geographical area covered, and the need for asynchronous learning. They also needed to track the completion of the module as this is required before billing is allowed.
Features: Custom knowledge checks, click to reveal, accordion, moving images, triggers, hover and visited states, embedded hyperlinks, resource section, layers, and voice-over audio.
Tools: Articulate Rise 360 format with custom Storyline 360 elements embedded, Canva, and Polly text to speech.
Course overview: This Rise sample was created as a promotional tool for new and existing customers receiving residential liquid propane deliveries. It is meant to introduce their options and responsibilities as customers.
Problem: The company had three issues they wanted covered.
1)Customer confusion around delivery
2)Customer confusion about payment options,
3) Safety concerns for their employees on residential properties.
Solution: I suggested we roll all of the highlights into a promotion to ensure customer engagement with the e-learning opportunity. The course was then developed to educate consumers about their responsibilities both at their property and in regard to payment and delivery choices.
Features: Scenario, click to reveal, accordion, voice-over audio, triggers, hover and visited states Custom created the following: knowledge checks, feedback layers, matching, and drag and drop. Features customized Storyline embedded interactions.

The storyboard is not available for this sample as it contains internal messages, comments, and draft notes with the SMEs. While a great example of the collaborative nature I maintained with the team, the department did not wish it to be shared publicly.

Course Overview: Part of a 19 module Storyline series, This module introduces new staff to the requirements needed to determine eligibility of participants and what is needed to properly enroll participants in one of the state's waiver programs designed for the long-term care of children in need.
Problem: Determining eligibility can be tricky, but adherence to state requirements is mandatory. Therefore, new staff must be knowledgeable of those requirements and be able to explain them to the participant. Previously, this information was disseminated through multiple websites the employee would need to navigate and read. The process was daunting and often left uncompleted.
Solution: Design an interactive training which brings all of the important pieces together in one place, keep it short, and make it easily accessible for review. This was done using Storyline 360 so any staff member at any time would be able to quickly and easily access the module for review.
Features: level 2 avatars, multiple voices, click to reveal examples, custom knowledge checks and feedback layers, moving images, triggers, hover and visited states, and layers,
Course Overview: This Storyline training was designed for a company that provides multiple services. Each service is able to stand alone, but designed to work in conjunction with one another for the best results.
Problem: Sales for service packages were down and they wanted the sales associates to be highlighting the value of purchasing all three services as that was the most beneficial to the client. Through observation and client discussions, it was determined that associates were unable to identify the key features of each service that the company wanted highlighted.
Solution: Create an introduction for all sales associates and customer-facing staff that would highlight the key talking points for each service and how utilizing them together would be the most beneficial to clients.
Features: Branching, voice-over audio, triggers, hover and visited states, click to reveal, and markers.
Custom created the following: navigation, knowledge checks, feedback layers, matching, drag and drop, and final assessment.
